Corrections, deletions and updates should be forwarded to the Registrar. RCTs and RCT-Cs who are interested in having their information posted on the website are to provide the information below. Only your name is required, all other fields are optional but as all listings are inserted geographically, your community is important to include. Room is limited and fields may be edited if the information provided exceeds the allotted space.

PLEASE NOTE: The information you provide will be on the internet and will be available to anybody who wishes to view it. By sending this information to the Registrar, you give permission to the NSCCT to post the information provided on the website in the public directory.
